For over a decade, I owned and operated a six-staff hair salon in Sydney with a turnover of half a million dollars. I know what it takes to build something from the ground up, manage a team, hit revenue targets, and keep showing up when it's hard. I've sat in the seat you're sitting in right now.
Before that, I spent three years as a Sales Educator for Redken — one of the world's leading professional haircare brands — managing over 150 active business accounts and working toward a monthly sales target of $95,000. My job wasn't just to sell a product. It was to build relationships, sit down with salon owners, identify gaps in their businesses, and help them make more money. That's where my passion for real, practical business strategy was born.
I've trained sales teams in the electricity and telecommunications industries, built and led high-performing teams, and spent the better part of my career mentoring and coaching people at every level. I am a qualified Trainer and Assessor, holding a Diploma of Business Leadership and Management and a Diploma in Social Media.
